No refund if booking cancelled 10 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.
If notification is received in less than the required time, a minimum of 1 one nights accommodation will apply.

Bookings are not confirmed until the requested deposit/credit card details have been received.

A 2% service fee applies to credit card transactions, charged on completion of your stay.

In any event we strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected

changes to their travel plans. Any damages that occur will be charged for.

For the benefit of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted inside.

Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside the building.
